"Setup was more of a hassle than I expected"
It took me way longer than it should have to get this set up. The instructions were confusing, and some of the parts didn’t line up easily, so I had to redo a couple steps about twice. For something that seemed like it should be simple, the assembly was just really frustrating. If I knew it would be this much of a pain, I probably wouldn’t buy it again

"Easy return, warranty took a bit"
I had to send back one part of my order, and it was simple. I messaged support, heard back the next day or so, and they walked me through what to do. No huge hassle or anything... just handled it.
I also ended up using the warranty later for an issue with my desk. They did get it fixed, but it took a few emails and some waiting around, so... not super fast. Overall I’d say it was a good experience, not perfect, but fair.

"Motor is okay, but the timing is frustrating"
I’ve been using my Fezibo standing desk for a bit now, and the motor is kind of a mixed bag. It does go up and down like it’s supposed to, so it’s not like it’s broken or anything. But sometimes it’s louder than I expected, and there’s this little jerk when it first starts moving. Of course, it always seems to happen at the worst time, like when I’m on a call or trying not to be distracting. It’s still fine for everyday use, but for the price, I expected it to feel smoother. I’d say 3 stars is fair.

"Clunky site and way too much waiting"
I tried ordering from fezibo.com and it was a frustrating experience. The site felt clunky from the start, and I spent way too much time just waiting for product pages to load. The filters didn’t work very well either, and a few times I clicked on something only to find out it was out of stock, which got old fast.
Checkout wasn’t much better and felt kind of buggy and unclear. After that, finding tracking info was a hassle, and the support chat didn’t really help beyond sending the same basic replies. For a company selling desks online, I expected the website to be a lot smoother. I don’t think I’d use it again.

"Seems super steady right away"
I kind of assumed this desk might wobble a bit, but it’s been really stable so far. Even when I’m typing fast, it barely moves. Happy with it

"Still waiting on my desk after two weeks"
I ordered a desk two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. The tracking has barely updated, and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. I’ve had to keep checking for updates and reaching out to support, which is more effort than this should take. Every time I contact them, they just tell me to wait. Frustrating

"Not really my vibe today"
The design is fine, I guess, but I wasn’t super excited when I got it. It feels a bit bulky and plain, and it comes off a little cheaper than I expected

"Still waiting on customer service"
Customer service has been really slow. I reached out, waited, got a vague reply. Then more waiting. Still don’t really have a clear answer, which is frustrating.

"It’s okay, but feels a bit flimsy"
At first, I thought it was decent enough and it did the job for the most part. But this is where it got annoying, the quality just doesn’t feel very sturdy, and it comes across a little flimsy after using it. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say I was impressed either...
